Looking to join a fleet.

As the title says, I am currently in the market as it were for a fleet. Myself along with one friend are looking for a fleet with active leadership, as well as a stable environment. I am on nearly every day, I enjoy doing a bit of RP every now and then, but it wouldn't be a deal breaker if the fleet doesn't participate in that. On the other hand, I do not participate in PvP; I enjoy story progression more than competition.

A fleet with a group who know the game well and are willing and patient enough to teach those of us who are less seasoned would be a great benefit. Feel free to respond to this topic or to send me a message in-game.

I hope in your search for a fleet you consider the UFP.

We are a multi-national organization with an active presence on both the Federation and Klingion front. With over 800 members, you're bound to always find people online to play with. Our fleets are always churning over projects and our events are a fun way to meet new people. In fact, we're just about to start getting ready for our thirteenth anniversary! It's bound to be a good time!

We cater to everyone from hardcore to casual players and everything in between. Our Elite Strike Force division provides training and support to our less experienced players and are always on the lookout for veterans to join their ranks.

With Fleets, there's basically 3 ways to go...

Join one of the huge mega fleets, for that 'always a dozen fleeties online' thing, but you may find that some of the better benefits of being in a fleet are not available to you,

For example you might find that although you are in a fleet with tier 4 stores and shipyards, you can't buy that cool fleet gear, because you are only a probationary member un till you donate 100k worth of dilithium/goods to fleet projects, join a custom chat channel, AND subscripe to an external website/voice chat system/whatever.

Alternatively you can join a small fleet, there might not be as many fleeties on line if any depending on your playing hours, the stores and shipyards are not as developed, but you'll be a full member in a week, and you can work WITH your fleeties to make it a better fleet.

Lastly, you can find 4 friends outside a fleet, and form your own, start from scratch, do things your way.

Depends what you actually want from a fleet.

I would like to add Liberty Task Force/Liberty Honor Guard (www.libertytaskforce.com) to your list of possible fleets to join. We are an active, friendly, and casual fleet with knowledgeable veteran players willing to help new and returning members. Our Federation fleet is fully maxed out at Tier V, while our KDF fleet is catching up to it at Tier IV. We boast an active website, forums, and use TeamSpeak for our voice chat. Fleet Store and parts of our Fleet Bank open up after only 100,000 total contributions to the fleet. I'll toss our hat in the ring, assuming Fed. Check out The Drunk Bunch. Friendly, light RP, decent starbase,... weekly meetings and FPVE runs.

Not a huge fleet but large enough there's almost always a few of us online.

I'm an Admiral in a small fleet, very informal, no website, no skype, no insane requirements to join, we do fly team occasionally, pve's and story arc missions, help level up each others toons etc.

If you can't find a fleet elsewhere, and want to give us a go, mail me in game...
