Fluid Dynamics:

I have the quest Fluid Dynamics, it tells me to go to Kuda, but there is nothing there.
Checked online: there I learned to go to Zemet, and talk there with an Undine.
Nothing there.

Have I missed something?

"Just" got the mission, but hopelessly lost...

    Did you fly to the planet or just to the system? The planet (which is a gas-giant doublet labeled Kuda II & III) is where the mission starts (and if you look on your map, its what the indicator circle is centered around), the system is the general location you navigate to via the sector map.

    Its there for me, because I'm replaying the mission. It looks like for first-runs the mission entry point is non-existent. :(

    Edit: that's bunk, its because I was FED.

    I could hop on as a KDF, let's see.

    Edit: Moving to Kuda now. I can't help but notice on my KDF the mission indicator circle is absent.
    Edit 2: At kuda, no entry point. It looks like its unavailable to KDF. Gonna try KDF-aligned romulan next.

    Same thing for me: no mission pointer, no nothing.

    My KDF aligned romulan is having the same problem, the KDF faction it seems doesn't have this mission. I tried transwarping directly and it put me next to the Sibiran system.

    Its bugged. :(

    Means we can't complete our Arcs on our DRs!!!
    DANG!
    And merely a few days left now.

    I truly hope they will lengthen the DR event by a week...
