Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrade-account bound?

If this item is account bound, how do I exchange it between my alts?

I was unable to place in my account bank.
You cannot mail it either.

    If you're talking about the Tech upgrades you received as a Delta Recruit, those are sadly character bound .




    ... it's just candy, there to entice new players to start crafting / upgrading ...

    The universal tech upgrade from the weekly reward for Blood of ancients.
    Says account bound.
    Cannot place in account bank.

    Yeah those are supposed to be account bound. I noticed some of the antiproton weapons you could select also did the character-bind-on-pickup thing. Things are buggy.

    Those are supposed to BTC on the AP weapons, simply scroll over them in the reward selection area and, it will display it as thus.

    At least it does for me anyways.

    As for the tech, it is supposed to be BTA, which all of the ones I have received were.

    Have you actually tried to put it to the account bank or did you stop because the slots barriers in the account bank went red when you clicked the enhanced uni... upgrade?

    My account bank slots barriers seem to light up red quite a lot but stuff still goes there.

    Sorry if this isn't the case with you.

    Dragged and dropped mine numerous times and it wouldn't move either...

    I found that this may be related to a recent stealth change involving the location in which you are attempting to move items between inventory & account bank. Try moving the items while in space (go to your ship's ready room by visiting your ship bridge), or dock to a starbase and try again there. I don't know why this would matter, but I found it to be true with kit modules and R&D upgrades so far. Maybe you'll have better luck this way for now... :confused:

    Definitely bug report that. And that is not a "stealth change" that's straight up a bug.
