Stalker Stealth Fighter purchase: Account Unlock, or not?

As per the title, is the SST account unlock?

Or what about the Peregrine?

    you mean to use as a shuttle ? yes, all ships ( including shuttles ) are account-wide unblocked

    So I only need to purchase it once, and have it on all alts?

    C-Store ships are account wide unlocks.

    Lockbox, lobi, event, exchnage ships are per-character.

    Once you buy a c-store ship with one character, others can get it by going to the C-store to "claim" it for 0 zen. I think you can also get it directly in ship and shuttle requisitions too (buying it for 0 zen).

    All alts of the faction that can use the ship yes
