While "good" hackers are appreciated, making it a crime would remove the need.

I wish people would stop the "TRIBBLE" hyperbole, it doesn't do any good and just causes people who are clueless to panic.

A DDOS attack is not a server being TRIBBLE, to hack means to force your way through encryption/security protocols and access information from the target. DDOS attacks do not do anything like this, all they are is a constant stream of useless requests sent to an open port in a server to bog it down and at worst will merely cause the server to crash.

Please guys stop yelling hack when there is no hack.
