Encoded Data receiver from Iconian Rep

I received a encoded data receiver after claiming T1 for iconian resistance, but i can't use it anywhere.

    I am having the same issue, double clicking just gives "can't equip this item" and there is no 'activate' option for dropdown menu. I tried on ground and space. KDF side.

    I should have asked in game before I posted, open powers and slot it to hotbar and click, its working that way.

    I ran into the same issue; until I noticed it was also in my powers tray. So I moved it to my hotbar and clicked it and got the message, as well as all the old Sector Block voice overs.

    Withoutto much spoilers, it gives you spoken and written Intel about Selas .... .... "intentions"

    in the end it will probably lead to a "mission" like the voth Reputation leaded, and it will give you lots of Dil and money and such.
