Does this trait work on OVER proc? might be intresting if it did.

    The trait is triggered by activating the Beam Overload bridge officer abilities. Getting an [Over] proc does not qualify.

    actually thats good, because proccing from an [over] means you have no control to chain a BO from BO3.

    So win win.

    Proccing from over would only be godo if there was a much lower internal cooldown or no cooldown at all to this trait effect.
