Hearing Federation outpost intercom voices in space

You know, those indecipherable loudspeaker voices that are part of the background noise in places like Earth Spacedock, K-7, etc. I keep hearing them in Sector Space and even during missions while in a ship.

Nope, no fleet voice chat. Also, I recognize the soundtrack from ESD, K-7 and DS9. It also repeats the same sounds over and over.

I get that once in a while, too. Also, sometimes when the Enterprise shows up during a system patrol, afterwards you can still hear Shon offering help every time you change from sector to system space.

Or sometimes Paris saying "fasten your seat belts, it's gonna be a bumpy night !" everytime you change maps (ground + space) when you finish Delta flight and keep playing.
