Background

The Jupiter Space Corps was formed on the idea that a fleet should be helpful, organized and active. We believe that if a question is asked you should have an answer in less than 30 minutes; less than 10 minutes even. And if you're stuck on a mission help should be offered in whatever way was deemed necessary. The Jupiter Space Corps believes in the ideals that a fleet is it's members, not the extra bank space or cool ships you can get; it's not that you get you're own starbase and have a place to get away from the dribble that can be Earth Space Dock it's communicating and having other members that will have your back and you have theirs. A fleet is there for its members, not itself.

Who are we

The Jupiter Space Corps is this: Tired of fleets that have no interest in their members. We know that there are some good fleets out there but it seems the officers have always found a way to turn that completely around and ruin the good thing they have going on or the fleet suddenly becomes stale and inactive. We aim to change that, of course there is the understanding that there's no telling what the future holds for a fleet but it never hurts to try. After several attempts at finding a good fleet that will be around a while and a few of those being fly by invites the decision was made, along with a fellow fleet mate, to form a new fleet on the idea of catering to its members and not the other way around.

Who should join

We're looking for members who feel the same way we do. We aren't limiting ourselves to just new players or vets, who have a lot of resources to spare, who have the best PvP ships or not; we want everyone, not because we want to pad our roster, but because we want to create a community that is willing and able to help a fellow member in need.

How do I join

For now contact someone in the fleet or send me an in-game mail @estharius. We'll have a website of some sort up with a recruitment page where you'll be able to post your request along with the best time to find you.
