Using the Xindi Training Manuals

Is there a trick to using them? I picked up some on the exchange (for example, Subspace Vortex II) but I don't seem to see the skill as an option to train on my Sci BOffs' skill pane.

    Did you check every rank? It may be lt cmdr. I discovered this with the new resonance ability manuals.

    it is a know issue and check the patch notes for tomorrow, i think it is already getting fixed!

    The Resonance Ability manuals worked fine. I actually have one of the Xindi manuals in 3 ranks and it isn't turning up anywhere.
