Just played on my FED Tactical (primary toon).

The opening cutscene had two music tracks playing simultaneously, and it had a "shaky camera" effect going... given that this scene occurs in ESD (and not in battle), I'm assuming this is not intended.

Was this for the entire cinematic or sections of it?
Can you expand on how it is bugged? Is it out of sync, missing/skipping sound?

    Thanks

I don't even know how to describe this one. Let me show you.

I'll take a stab at explaining this - at end mission cutscene, Captain Tom Paris, D'Tan and (I think) Admiral Kererek are stuck in the floor.

For Taco, with love. Cutscene bug.

Also, do the Iconians actually blow up the planet, or is there more than one in the system. Because after the explosion cutscene, the planet was still there which was pretty funny.

Ending part of the Laenass III scene was laggy.

Mutiple instances of NPC's in cutseens in the floor and double music tracks very ofputting and totally ruined my enjoyedment of the start of season 10. what happended to checking?

I experienced both of these as well.

    Hey All,

Thanks for the feedback. We have fixes for these issues (double music, people in floor during cutscene, shaky camera during cutscene) incoming.

For the planet at Lae'nas, the Iconians don't destroy the whole planet, just the part with the archive. We have a scorched area on the planet also incoming.

Really appreciate your feedback and apologies that these things weren't addressed before launch.

Just for the record that's a bit disappointing. I genuinely thought and hoped the planet was destroyed, that would have been a really dramatic move in the games story.

Hey, thanks again for the feedback.

I could go into detail about why I made that decision, if you're interested, but this is a bug report forum, and we are moving out of bug report territory.

Not sure if this counts, since it happens in the other mission too, but the Herald ship explosions are hilariously small compared to the size of their ships. The fireball when their dreadnought died wasn't even visible underneath the ship itself.

(I'd like to know about Lae'nas, quantummeerkat, if you're willing to post it somewhere. :))

I loved this mission, it was a lot of fun.

I did have issues with the cut scenes where people and environment were not rendering in to view at all. VO was fine for me and kept with the subtitles.

I also noticed some of the NPCs when they render in looked like they just jumped into place and ready to battle before changing the actions to cheering (or what other actions they were probably supposed to do!).

Those problems were for all cut scenes throughout the mission.

Other than those problems, everything played well for me.

Could it be an Iconian planet that they didn't want to blow up for a particular reason? In some ways that would make it slightly reminiscent of Z'ha'dum, the Shadow homeworld, in Babylon 5 which was also the residence of Lorien; the first of the First Ones. His continued presence there was what drew the shadows there in the first place and continued to draw them back every time they are driven off.

    KDF here.

I'm having the same issue I had with the cutscenes set on Sela's freighter and in the Herald sphere, wherein my captain is replaced with my first officer.

There's also the doubled soundtrack and shaky-cam in the first part of the new mission but others have covered that already.

What faction were you playing as?
    Klankrom

    What happened with the issue?

Intro cinematic was occasionally very jerky, as if the cameraman aboard ESD got the chills partway through panning across and shook the camera up and down for half a second.

During the cutscene where Quinn looks at the map on the wall and says New Romulus is being invaded, the map does not include New Romulus. Instead, it's a map of the old Sirius sector rotated 90 degrees.

    Faction: KDF Aligned Reman
Problem: Space battles laggy, despite having almost no lag anywhere else in the game.
Where in mission: Every space battle.

Problem: Multiple disconnects and Server not Responding during ground portion on New Romulus, both before the power plant and during.
Where: New Romulus ground portion of the FE.

Note: Could we please adjust the difficulty? Even on Normal, my level 53 Engineer was being thrown around like a ragdoll..

Opening cutscene plays two music tracks simultaneous,ly as reported various times here.

Also it would be nice if it would be made clear when accepting the missions that I'm supposed to go to sector space, not to ESD and Quinn's office (as stated in the text) or SOL system (as stated in the mission parameters).
Took me 5 minutes to work that out.

Question: Is Koren intended not to be there - my Romulan-Fed aligned character saw Shon and Jarok hanging out as part of the group in Quinn's briefing, but the Bortasqu's captain appeared to be a no-show.

You only get 1 upgrade per account, not per toon. If it runs like the last FE "Uneasy Allies", then you will be able to get 1 upgrade once per week per account.

while i was fighting the harbinger boss inside the cave with the gate, at one point he tried to climb one of the side stairs and somehow glitched into them, kind of halfway into the floor. he became untargettable, so all i could do is stand and look at him while he kept killing me.

i had to restart this part of the fight.
Now clowns, that's another story. They scare the crap out of me.
We fight them too. Entire armies spilling out of Volkswagens.
We do our best to fight them off, but they keep sending them in.

Not sure if anyone has saw this but after completing the ground portion of New Romulus and there was a pop-up from my BOFF to beam out and it takes me into the initial cut scene of the mission. After skipping it turns out my entire mission was reset. I did not manually beam out to lose progress and did not get any messages about potential loss of progress or that all objectives were completed.
