The opening cutscene had two music tracks playing simultaneously, and it had a "shaky camera" effect going... given that this scene occurs in ESD (and not in battle), I'm assuming this is not intended.
Was this for the entire cinematic or sections of it?
Can you expand on how it is bugged? Is it out of sync, missing/skipping sound?
Thanks
I'll take a stab at explaining this - at end mission cutscene, Captain Tom Paris, D'Tan and (I think) Admiral Kererek are stuck in the floor.

Also, do the Iconians actually blow up the planet, or is there more than one in the system. Because after the explosion cutscene, the planet was still there which was pretty funny.
And transwarp button is kinda not responding It trying to send me Alpha Quadrant.
Edit : ME bad found out the problem Just that button is not working
i had this, but it was only the two chars each side of D'Tan

Mutiple instances of NPC's in cutseens in the floor and double music tracks very ofputting and totally ruined my enjoyedment of the start of season 10. what happended to checking?
I experienced both of these as well.
"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them."

Thanks for the feedback. We have fixes for these issues (double music, people in floor during cutscene, shaky camera during cutscene) incoming.
For the planet at Lae'nas, the Iconians don't destroy the whole planet, just the part with the archive. We have a scorched area on the planet also incoming.
Really appreciate your feedback and apologies that these things weren't addressed before launch.

Just for the record that's a bit disappointing. I genuinely thought and hoped the planet was destroyed, that would have been a really dramatic move in the games story.
Hey, thanks again for the feedback.
I could go into detail about why I made that decision, if you're interested, but this is a bug report forum, and we are moving out of bug report territory.
Thanks,

(I'd like to know about Lae'nas, quantummeerkat, if you're willing to post it somewhere. )

I did have issues with the cut scenes where people and environment were not rendering in to view at all. VO was fine for me and kept with the subtitles.
I also noticed some of the NPCs when they render in looked like they just jumped into place and ready to battle before changing the actions to cheering (or what other actions they were probably supposed to do!).
Those problems were for all cut scenes throughout the mission.
Other than those problems, everything played well for me.
Could it be an Iconian planet that they didn't want to blow up for a particular reason? In some ways that would make it slightly reminiscent of Z'ha'dum, the Shadow homeworld, in Babylon 5 which was also the residence of Lorien; the first of the First Ones. His continued presence there was what drew the shadows there in the first place and continued to draw them back every time they are driven off.

I'm having the same issue I had with the cutscenes set on Sela's freighter and in the Herald sphere, wherein my captain is replaced with my first officer.
There's also the doubled soundtrack and shaky-cam in the first part of the new mission but others have covered that already.
btw, this is a very cool mission

What happened with the issue?
Intro cinematic was occasionally very jerky, as if the cameraman aboard ESD got the chills partway through panning across and shook the camera up and down for half a second.

Problem: Space battles laggy, despite having almost no lag anywhere else in the game.
Where in mission: Every space battle.
Problem: Multiple disconnects and Server not Responding during ground portion on New Romulus, both before the power plant and during.
Where: New Romulus ground portion of the FE.
Note: Could we please adjust the difficulty? Even on Normal, my level 53 Engineer was being thrown around like a ragdoll..
Also it would be nice if it would be made clear when accepting the missions that I'm supposed to go to sector space, not to ESD and Quinn's office (as stated in the text) or SOL system (as stated in the mission parameters).
Took me 5 minutes to work that out.

You only get 1 upgrade per account, not per toon. If it runs like the last FE "Uneasy Allies", then you will be able to get 1 upgrade once per week per account.
i had to restart this part of the fight.
We fight them too. Entire armies spilling out of Volkswagens.
We do our best to fight them off, but they keep sending them in.
