Ship delete and re-obtaining: possible?

Question:
I have a Bortasqu ship on my Klingon, account wide.
If I delete the ship on my character, can I get it back for free then from the ship dealer?
Or do I lose it, since once purchased?

    You can re-claim C-Store Ships as many times as you want.

    You can dismiss it and then re-claim it at any time you wish. The only ships you can't dismiss in this fashion are Lobi ships and Fleet Variants of C-Store Ships.

    Lock box ships also can't be reclaimed for free if you discharge them. In fact, c-store ships are the only ones you can reclaim for free as many times as you want.
