Cannot join Battle Group Omega

For the "Borg Advance" episodes, I cannot complete mission "Report to Battle Group Omega". The auto-nav point is the old location for the transwarp gate in the Risa sector. There is no transwarp gate. If I go directly to where Battle Group Omega is located in the upper right of the Beta Quadrant, there is nothing to interact with even though I can see the quest flag for the battle group. Hope this gets fixed before Tuesday...

Confirmed: The only way to get to Battle Group Omega is through a Tier 5 fleet with a tier 5 transwarp conduit.

Are there any fixes for this yet, There is no way for my Delta Recruit to finish this without joining another fleet. This is just NOT acceptable.

The initial waypoint is to the old transwarp conduit location which doesn't exist any more, but you CAN proceed with the mission by going directly to BGO in the upper right of the Beta Quadrant. They put that back in a couple of patches ago.
