Iconian Bridge Officers

Let's face it - so far EVERY new expansion has come with a special BO directly related to that expansion's theme. Remans, Kobali, Borg, Voth, you name it.

So... any projections on what your new Iconian BO will be? Will we somehow liberate the Elachi? Maybe discover a new species from the Andromeda Galaxy?

You will forever be missed and never forgotten.

I'm not expecting an Iconian Bridge Officer, nor a Herald Bridge Officer.

I am expecting an Xindi Primate though.

Wouldn't be surprised to see either one in the lobi store.

But I don't think a herald boff is completely out of the question. We've gotten a lot of enemy boffs that "defected" so far. The special reman, the jem'hadar, the breen, the voth guy, the potato head.

Mabe not a "real" herald but one of those Constructs since they're essentially robots or androids or something like that. Would be cool as an iconan-rep T5 reward.

The only thing I want from the Iconians/Heralds is the Herald Staff. From the moment I saw it being wielded by the basic heralds during the Qo'nos invasion mission on Tribble, I knew I wanted one for a couple of my KDF characters. :D

Is there not already an insectoid one in a lockbox? I feel like I have seen that somewhere.

we already have a Reptilian boff so insectoid or primate would make a logical choice.

and no iconian or harald boffs ever (to powerfull) and i dont see any of them defecting like that voth boff did

considering we never got an undine boff, vaadwaur boff and so on, i doubt any of the actual villains will be possible as boffs.

minus nelen and potato the defectors were mostly from old feature content. kobali weren't real villains (other than robbing dead people of their memories and depriving them of their afterlife if they had any). the reman wasn't even updated to use the romulan republic editable remans like the embassy romulan boffs were.
Now clowns, that's another story. They scare the crap out of me.
We fight them too. Entire armies spilling out of Volkswagens.
We do our best to fight them off, but they keep sending them in.

I don't use any of the FE BOffs now except for storage. Why would I need another?

    Salvage Specialist?

    Impatient?

Who knows what the next Lobi BOff will have for space traits? When interesting space traits are few and far between, I look forward to what a new BOff might bring to the table...

But Nelen has a great ground trait for a medic! The ability to pick himself back up if he keels over is bestest for my only medic.

I usually do battlezones with him and an android, both can resurrect themselves. :P

Several offical sources (dev blogs) have stated that there are few Iconians left. While it is questionable how realistic this is, if this assumption is going to be used then I doubt we'll see Iconian boffs.

Edit: while it's true that a lot of special boffs were released with upgrades, we never got a boff from an evil faction, so it's not reasonable to assume we'd get a boff from THE single most important evil faction.

That's why borg boffs are always liberated boffs, why there are no Vaadwaur boffs and why there aren't Tal Shiar boffs.

Having an Iconian boff, or any Iconian tech for that matter, would be kinda stupid. It would practically make the Alliance invincible since Iconian technology is supposed to be godlike. It'd also make the Iconians less special than they are now.

Oh, and considering there are some new Boff powers coming that are related to the Xindi story in Star Trek Enterprise, I think it's safe to bet on new Xindi Bridge officers.

If I can't have a mutated Boff version of the Khellids as a Xindi-insectoid Boff, I'm gonna be very disappointed.

Why do I have a Breen (where in the story, only two (the one you save from Hassan's fleet and Dr Tran) are friendly), a liberated Borg (who seems to enjoy his Collective look and walk), a Jem'Hadar (and based on his look, he's not one of the "friendly" and modern ones Eraun summons as back-up), a Voth (only a few are friendly to you), a Kobali (what? Some players think they're the real bad guys in the Vaadwaur/Kobali conflict) and I'm pretty sure a couple of Romulan Boffs are former Tal Shiar or RSE (Tovan is)?

Xindi Insectoids are bipeds. But would be pretty sweet having one, especially if it's fully customizable.
