Boff tray will not lie flat.....

I started a new Delta toon and I like to have my boff tray lying flat along the bottom of the screen with the captains skill tray sitting above them, but I can fine no way to make them do this.

All my boff skills appear to stack one on top of the other, meaning I have a huge pile of them in the centre of the screen rather than along the bottom in a single line.

I have 0 options in the rearrange hud section. I can only drag the box to any location I choose. If I drag it all the way to the bottom, they still stack upwards one on top of the other.

I don't have an issue with my 2 main toons. They have always been along the bottom of the screen. In fact I see no options to make them stack so they are essentially the opposite of my Delta toon.

It's not a huge deal I guess since the grind in this game makes it impossible for someone to actually have a life and more than 1-2 toons anyway, but just on the off chance I decide to carry this toon on in the future it would be nice to be able to set it up to my liking :-)

Anyone able to offer some advice please ?
