issues logging in

hey, im having an issue logging into the game, i use the Arc client and whenever i click on play STO, it makes me wait for 3 tries, and then it starts patching and freezes...i dont know whats wrong, but its not on my end....could this be fixed please? im getting rather...annoyed....that these issues are ignored and yall devs hash out more ships, and content...FIX THE BUGS, FIX THE LAG, AND FIX THE DELTA QUADRANT SO WE DONT HAVE TO PUT OUR DAMNED GRAPHICS CARDS TO MINIMUM SO WE CAN ENJOY IT!!!!!!! im tired of it and want it fixed!


i signed up as a LTM....Life Time Subber....im paying you idiots to fix bugs NOT HASH OUT NEW CONTENT!!!!!!!!! either fix it or im demanding my money back!

    I'm a lifetime subscriber, too, and I've grown rather fond of the old bugs. The devs have instructions from me to please not fix them, and instead create new content.

    I'm afraid I cancelled you out. Sorry about that.

    P.S.: I run with graphics turned all the way up in Delta Quadrant. Neener neener neener.
