Help with Defera - reputation, please

Can someone help me with choosing good tactics for single tactical on lvl60 (fresh) here?
Few days ago I started with crystaline sword and romulan 2-set and was able to handle all green/yellow/pink tasks. Now (after patch?) cannot do nothing - borgs respawns qucker, having boosted physical resistance, turrets are ready to update later than before, and trapped villagers are "very rare" - few minutes ago I finished with 40 checked houses and found 5 of them.
Only what seem to be without changes are sticky Deferi.

Greeting OP.

My build :
Armor - Omega (Reputation system)
Reason - its bonuses of 2.5 crit chance 20% crit sev
Shield - Counter Command shield - Though any shield works (reputation system)
Reason - more hold resistance
Kit - I use the undine kit (acquired in storyline missions)
Reason - it buffs your willpower so you get knocked back, knocked down, and held less often. Remember when any of these three happen you are in a way no longer in combat because you have to get back up to your feet.

Weapon - TR-116B (Crafting ground lvl 15)
Reason - Shield penx4 (pure HP damage) and borg dont adapt to it
Weapon - Zephhy shotgun - its a nice shotgun with nice KB (mirror invasion event)
Wont go into more details because they may or may not be released again.

Devices - Large hypo, Large Shield - Ds9, Drozana, New Romulus, ESD and numerous other places.
I also use frosted boots - running around the map much quicker and easier.
Shard of Possabilities - confusion for 10 seconds, great for a big swarm of borg.
and now - Paradox corrector - I like the heal ability on it.
