Breaking the planet pve team

Hi.
I'm trying to put together a team to complete the breaking the planet pve mission. Only want to do this once to clear it from my available list. But it needs at least 15 to get going, and everyone hates it, me included. I've yet to get it going and I've been queuing for it since I obtained the mission at lvl 20. I am now lvl32, so looking for 30-39 captains. I am UTC=1 timezone, but could arrange to be on at virtually any time to get this done - that is how bad the queue is for my timezone!
Please reply if you are interested and we'll try and finally get this going!
