I'[ve been steamrolling through my DR character from 1-50
I'e unlocked 31 out of 40 things for the required checklist, and will continue unlocking the rest
When I go back to my main alt that is a level 60 (the one I've mained for years), I see nothing is benefiting my main whatsoever... unless it's some sort of background stuff I am not seeing.
Did I not understand the point of DR... that taking time away from my main alt, they would still find a way to give something to our main characters to... if so, I am not seeing naything unlocked from my DR to my other characters.
I don't know if you did this, but you have to go to your Delta Recruit character and open the Delta Menu, and click on the icons you've already unlocked. Then you can claim prize boxes. Once you did this, you have to go to your friendly neighbourhood temporal agent with your OTHER characters, and in his store option you can claim for them what you have unlocked with your recruit.
You have to visit the Temporal Agent of your faction in order to claim the benefits for your main alts. The Federation one is right next to Quinns office, the Klingon one in the Great Hall.

Am I the only one confused about all this, still?
When you return main toon you will discover a new trait available that grants 4 seconds of damage immunity after the use of any hull healing skill, limit of once every 45 seconds.
Then you will find your way to the temporal agent store, and discover you can purchase two reasonably useful devices, one on a five minute cooldown that halves the cooldown of all bridge officer powers, another that heals back 50% of the health of all of your bridge officers, including bringing them back to life.
Finally, you'll discover you have a crafting alt with a rare AEGIS scientist, and a 10 level lead on one of the crafting professions.
Oh, also you can drop those millions of energy credits into your account bank and pick them up with your main. They may or may not be a nice increase in wealth, depending on how developed your main is. Take that dilithium, put it up on the exchange at the rate of 5 dilithium per zen, then log onto your main and withdraw it all. Depending on how much dilithium you have saved up, that might be an appreciable bonus.
The key thing really is going to the Temporal Agent. On ESD, he's near Quinn's office, and on Q'onos, he is in the Great Hall. Pretty much all the alt-account unlocks can be acquired there.
Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.

And for Romulans, the agent is on the Flotilla, in the room with the bank/exchange.
