Stuck at Gathering Intelligence - Bajor

This is my second try with the episode. I dont see the comm relay highlighted for me to interface. Please advise.

    never had a problem with that one, have you tried beaming out and back in? or dropping and restarting that one?

    Twice already. Beamed out and Beamed in, same issue. Restarted the Game, the issue. Took the additional Mission from Ensign. Same issue.
