getting tier 3

Im 70% through tier 2, is it wirth vreating a new delta recruit to try and get the last 30% in these last 12 hours. I noticed on my first recruit i would get 1% ever 2 or 3 missions done, just wondering if If it can be done or its a waste to try. thanxs

Those percentages are server wide, not just you. Part of that 70 percent was me for example.

No you're not ... it's everyone on the Server ...

Maybe ... but keep in mind ... it's not just you, contributing to the progress might help, but one guy by himself probably won't do much ...

Unless we get some last minute miracle for the next 14 hours, I don't think we'll get there. It sucks since the tier 3 bonus would have been awesome.

Sure, we had the emergency patch... but, they normally do *something* on Thursdays...?

Maybe this will give the extra time needed to hit Tier 3...
