4th piece Command BC + Delta Recruit

I made a Delta recruit and around level 40 it occurred to me that the character will not be able to use the 4 piece command BC set bonus because the Kobali ship is not able to be obtained.

Is there a way to get that console now or am I just S.O.L?

If there is a solution I don't know about could someone point me to it please?

Yeah, sadly you are.

I was fortunate enough to run the event with my main, but any other character I make won't be so lucky. Since the game was designed to know if a toon on the account has completed the project for the purposes of discounting for the remaining toons, kind of wish at least set-bonus related items could be reclaimed for any toon on the account regardless of whether or not they actually possess the ship, provided one of the toons had the ship at one point.

I really hope that if they do not release the Samsar to the Lobi store, that they make it accessible at next year's aniversery. And with the discount for aquireing it this year intact in the future.

that is highly frustrating given the zen cost for the ship and having zero way to get the 4th console even when I have it on my other ships.
