How are you guys building your Negh'tevs? I'm 600 zen and about 30 levels away but I'm thinking about something like this. This is Strictly for PVE as I never PVP.
Ensign Universal would be a Tac team. Empty Sci console slot is that uni console that comes with the ship.

I've got to go to a meeting; I'll try and give some more thoughts later.

I'm sure your DPS is great, but as Kahless said, "a petaQ with high system mastery is still a petaQ." (Well, he should have said it...!)
1. As I said, get your weapons all pointing in the same direction. DHCs fore want turrets aft. And if you're going to use cannons, you have to get close, definitely inside 5 klicks, and ideally inside 3.
2. What doffs are you using? If you use 3 damage control engineers, you can get away with a single copy each of EPTS & EPTW, freeing up two Engineering boff abilities (which I'd use for Engineering Team and Aux to Dampeners).
3. Assuming we got rid of the rear beam arrays, you can also ditch the DBB fore in favor of another cannon. The BFAW can then also become something else.
4. I'll let someone else who's better on the numbers clear this up, but you're over slotting Neutronium. At least one and maybe two of them can come out.
5. Plasmonic leech. Buy the Vandal destroyer, best 1k Zen you'll spend in this game.
Again, just my two latinum.

So for comparison's sake, this is the Negh'Tev build I've put together for my Liberated Borg Tactical. I'm actually putting him in the Fleet version, and I'm not sure what to do with the extra console slot. My first impulse is to slide the bio-neural gel packs into the additional Eng slot, and use the vacated science spot for another Field Generator. (Note to reader, feel free to mention anything you might think works well there, but odds are I don't yet have it.)
