Can't Access "Taris" as Rom-Fed? (Delta Recruit)

I am near completion of my Delta Recruit run as a Tactical, Fed-Aligned, Romulan.

I have not missed any iconian data/objectives (Thus far), but I am showing a missing acquisition for the mission "Taris". To my knowledge, this is not even accessible to my character?

Was this an oversight?

    "Taris" is a Fed-only mission. Looks like yet another bug in the godawful alliance system. :rolleyes:

    That said, there's a workaround. You can team with a Fed and follow him into the mission.

    Thank you for posting! I was pretty sure it was in fact Fed-only. I just wanted to be sure I wasn't going crazy!

    Kinda nuts that I/We all gotta perform such a workaround, but our teamspeak members came up with the same solution.

    Or wait until Cryptic finally fixes it. Which should either be this week or after the event ends.

    clearly from a deleted stand alone mission that was only a fed mission, back then you headed to iconia, fooled around with some remans and acquired a code to beam down, going level by level taking out more reman terrorists, you find taris, but she doesnt escape. it was likely an oversight on the part of the devs, the romulan arc was changed recently and this content probably was sitting around a bit and they forgot about changing the taris mission. i can only assume this was the case.

    im sure they will fix it, but its not like its a show stopper by any means.

    Yup! I specifically remembered this mission Fed-side- blew my mind that it was a requirement for Delta-Recruit Rommies :D

    oh look a thread about this already existed and was only barely off pg1 -.-

    fair warning... if your rom is kdf allied, you get "alpha" as a listed mission, its klink only. Just team with a klink or fed and do the mission with them... dunno if they have to be delta recruits but Id put money on 'yes' this is cryptic after all

    Searching for "Taris" gave me results over a month old. I apologize for grinding your gears with "yet another post", but I got my answer :)
