Unable to complete Cold Storage as a Delta Recruit

I'm unable to complete Cold Storage as there's no Temporal Agent Kail to contact/speak to iwithin the mission, All objectives are completed. No option to hail him anywhere.

Any ideas

Playing as a KDF aligned Romulan

Oh I even left the mission re-entered, dropped the mission and re-ran,

Went to New Romulus to see if there was a contact there and went to Drozana Station.

No Kail to be found.

    You forgot to check the Flotilla and Quonos. One of them might work.

    Fed side is affected too and heard others talk about it. No npc to talk to in the instance or in the ui and the moment you beam up to return to the npc at says esd the mission says go back to the last part of the mission.

    Same for me as a Rom-Fed, Kali seems to spawn next to the Deferi Scientist, but instantly disappears.

    Try it with a KDF or Fed, not rommie, char as a team leader? It worked with Alpha.

    And the KDF or Fed char does the talking.

    Well, at least now I know it's not just me.

    I'm currently stuck on my Fed Delta needing to talk to Temporal Agent Crey. Only he is not there, there is a transporter effect when the mission progresses but no one ever appears. And if I leave I have to redo the whole ground portion.

    Im really out of words do they not test this stuff, its a joke.
    Bet we will have to wait tell thusday for them to even fix it.

    This and LvL 5 R&D are all I need, but Crey must have gotten lost on his way to the planet.

    Was just looking for an answer to this. Cant' complete it either. Fed Char LVL 52. Beaming up and re-entering puts me back at the beginning of the underground portion of the mission.

    Hope this is among the things to get patched tomorrow. Very Annoying.
