Uneasy allies question

Call me odd but I like playing missions in order with new characters. Now that I've got a few delta recruits I've been trying to figure out where uneasy allies fits in the missions list. I don't see it in any of the arcs, so it's a stand alone mission for now. But where is the best point to play it at? Anyone got ideas or been able to figure out where in the story the mission fits?

Featured Episodes are usually placed either in a current or new episode arc. Technically, it would come after Dust to Dust and What's left behind.
