Delta recruits and kdf

I tried to play fed but couldn't. I went back to kdf.

1) I knew that cryptic said it added voice overs to the kdf missions last year but never played them because I didn't see the point. And WOW! Best missions in the game. I am sorry I never played the until now. Good job.
2) the delta recruit is fun. I am enjoying it.
3) I am not buying any of the new ships because I am playing my delta recruit that doesn't require them atm.
4) tried to play the fed missions.nthey may be good but they aren't Star Trek to me.

Yeah KDF definitely has the best story arcs, and the BOP combat style is somewhat unique with the decloaking and flanking bonuses. I'm running a Nausicaan engineer, flying reclaimed BOPs that I had bought for costume parts and consoles. The only parts I'm not enjoying are the recycled/shared missions.

I'm not playing them again, but I know back when the new missions came out, I ran what I could on my existing KDF character, and then started another one (since deleted) just to run the early missions, and I've got to agree, they're exceptional by comparison. The earlier missions favour the Klingons I think, followed by those for Republicans and then finally, Starfleet.

My Delta Recruit is a KDF tactical captain.

While I already have a KDF tactical captain, that one only flies BoPs (waiting for a T6 BoP). That means the T6 Mahta raptor from the DR Ops pack is not currently being flown by any of my KDF toons. So.... this new KDF tactical captain will be flying T2 - T6 ships other than BoPs.

The KDF missions that were made for LoR are hands down the best content in the game so far. Too bad 2 of the people working on them are no longer with STO.

I know some people who won't play the Klink missions because of the torture one.
Seriously, some people apparently know nothing about reality and/or the Klingon Empire. Also, you DID torture an innocentish person with borg technology while Sela was creeping in the backround.

Thing I like about the KDF is I don't have to blow 50 mil for a leech every time I make another character/doff mule.

Has anyone else noticed that the Klinks have four more episode arcs than the Feds in the delta recruit UI or was that just my imagination? Does anyone know how many objectives the Rommies have?

I love the Klink storyline... I just dislike the Klinks at end game with their lack of ship choices... and the tendency that when Cryptic does make a Klink ship they tend to be meh and that since their is now "peace" they've neutered the Klinks in the Delta storylines to Federation support characters with attitude.

But I love leveling Klinks... just not end game

Look at it this way: cryptic doesn't want kdf money.
It isn't like anyone "needs" new ships. So if you don't have the money or dilithium: play a kdf.
