Rom temporal agents location?

I found the Fed and KDF one, but I can't find the ROM one. Did they leave us out again and we have to go find the faction one? All so the post said New Rom Command, could it be back at the flotilla instead?

On the Flotilla, where the bank/exchange/mail is. Has to be on the Flotilla so new characters can get there

Yah they should correct that than. I'm running a Fed for my Delta Recruit and was just on doing my daily for my Rom and was wondering where it was since it wasn't in the Command.
