Ok, now I have an issue. I knew that I had seen this name before. Since I have been around since the beta of STO, I was familiar with the original tutorial of the game. Last night, I just popped on into the Captain's Table for S&G and I noticed that Captain Qat'Anmek was there. I recognized his face, his eyebrows are very distinctive. I thought to myself that he died during the tutorial, but it had been so long since I had played that content, that I wasn't sure if I were mistaken or not, but now I know I wasn't. With Redshirt currently hosting the original release of STO, I saw him there in the tutorial.
Now riddle me this Batman, how does a long dead Captain return from death to appear at the Captain's Table? Someone from Cryptic needs to explain this please.
Although, it is kind of nostalgic that he is there, he was my first captain.

If they are going to bother to do stuff like this, they really should make it clear which part of the April Fools' joke isn't a joke.
I'd have gone over today to play just for the change...
I suppose it is going away tomorrow?
Yeah, I think a lot of people got caught up in the April Fool's deal. The "fool" part was removing Holodeck. TBH, I'm kind of surprised Cryptic still has the original code. As for if it will be around tomorrow or not, IDK, I haven't seen any posts that indicate a time frame.

Or that was an alternate timeline that has been retcon--uh, corrected.
Oh yeah, I completely forgot about that.
It would be nice if more Captain's used the Captain's Table, it has never seen much use, even when it was first released.
