Cannot do anything in Tribble.

Well I went and updated the Tribble test server to try out the new content. There were some serious problems that I had.
1. Stuck in ship and cannot zoom out. Tried /unstuck command and it did not work.
2. There is noone that I can see at all when I am traveling to and from destinations.
3. I cannot access any GM functions in game to let people know of the problems.
I am wondering if anyone had issues like this and what did you do to solve them. Any help from Cryptic would be great as well.
