I'll start this by noting that I've only recently picked STO back up again having taken a year-long break - so apologies if this is old water under last year's bridge.
When I first created my Bajoran captain, there were two mandatory traits: Spiritual and Creative.
I'm pretty sure that when the trait update occurred, I still had Creative selected. I know Spiritual got rolled into the species-specific trait so I'm not worried about that.
When the Crystalline Catastrophe event started, I deselected my usual balance of space/ground traits in favour of a space-only set up. Now, I go to restore my old traits, but can't find "Creative" in the list.
The Wiki doesn't list Creative as being selectable on a Bajoran.
So my question is this: is this a bug, or did Bajorans lose one of their two original mandatory traits?
I know it isn't the end of the world, but I always enjoyed my Bajoran's aptitude for science powers in ground combat, which always had the edge with him being Creative.
All mandatory traits got stuffed into your racial.
So the Bajoran racial should include creative as part of it now.
It's like with Gorn... they had THREE mandatory traits, but now they just have a single racial. and that racial encompasses all of what their 3 mandatory traits did.

+0.2% healing to shields and hitpoints
+10% bonus to incoming heals
+0.1 hitpoint regeneration.
Compared to original traits:
Spiritual:
+10% heals received
+10% regeneration
[Old] Creative:
+5% healing and damage on kit abilities
The updated Creative (which I love on my Vulcan) is even better:
+15% healing to shields and hitpoints from kit abilities
+10% damage from kit abilities
Apparently joining the Federation has taken some of the fire out of the sons and daughters of Bajor.
