Neat ship. I like that the boff layout is very versatile, like the original D'deridex. I think the D'khellra got the winning layout of the 3 ships.
Was thinking I'd grab the Fleet variant, but that doesn't seem to come with the D'khellra skin. I've still got a day to think it over during the launch sale.
We'll keep waiting for quite some time, I'm sure. Although I'd expect the next specialization is going to be something science-related, so there's hope.

Fleet ships don't come with the C-Store variant skins most times. I only have the C-Store, so I can't confirm, but it's usually limited that way.
Something to consider is that the console lets you hit 130 weapons power, so a bit of extra damage to be had from that if you can keep that power level up. That's on top of it the offensive snuggling (2 km AoE particle gen based damage) and emergency tank (hull resist, kills targetable torps with the AoE) of the active ability it gives.
Trait seems meh to me, but there aren't a whole lot of Starships Traits Rom side anyway.
