If you look at the Eta Eridani map, all of K-7, Drozana, both factions' fleet starbases, and Starbase 157 have special starbase markers.
But Gandala, the KDF's K-7 equivalent, is just marked as a normal star system.
It should really have a similar starbase marker as the Klingon Fleet Starbase, just like the Federation Fleet Starbase and K-7 have similar markers.
