First Contact Missions

I just achieved the "Envoy" Allcolade from the doff assignments and I found out that the first contact missions went away with the cluster maps. I thought I would suggest re-implementing
first contact missions or having one automatically que upon achienving this allcolade. Is that possible?
I can think of the TNG episode "Who watches the watchers" Season three episode four

    You could have them pop up randomly in the clusters like the new DSEs pop up randomly in the new sector space showing up on the map for a few minutes.

    There was only one first contact mission anyway that you got when you get to tier 4 diplomacy doffing. And it wasn't replayable.

    If you want this kind of mission look on the foundry, I've played a few good ones. Plus foundry missions are often better written than the official missions anyway.

    Actually, it used to be repeatable.

    It was just as random as other missions in the exploration clusters, maybe a bit more rare when they were first introduced.
    The mission itsef was structurally the same everytime.
    Talk to an alien delegation, generated randomly by the alien generator with different dialog options to learn something about them and then followed by a quiz where you had to answer correctly for better rewards in the form of diplomacy XP.
