Been playing Uneasy Alliances and remembered something big you guys might want to think about in future missions or storyline.

If the Iconians are in the Andromeda Galaxy, you'll have to mention the Kelvan Empire. What I understood from the TOS Episode "By Any Other Name", the Kelvans had either conquered their entire galaxy or hold a huge chunk of it. Either way they are a major power. Perhaps the Iconians have defeated them in someway or have made a them an ally?

In any case, you guys will need to include the Kelvan Empire somehow to the story.

The Kelvans needed to use multi-generational ships to get to the Milky Way - and other Galaxies as they search for a new home. The Iconians build Dyson Spheres and teleport them around. There does not seem to be much of a comparison between the two species on a tech level.

Plus the Kelvans were abandoning Amdromeda because rising radiation levels was making it impossible for them to live there - thus the encounter with Enterprise in TOS. Perhaps the Iconians were behind the radiation increases too. :)
STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

Whilst there is an undisputed connection, the STO story doesn't have to include the Kelvan Empire at all.
