What's a good skill tree for a tac captain in an escort (Phantom)?

I use http://www.kaysvaultofstuff.com/escort-skill-spec.html for all my escorts, although if you don't use torps on your build then you should drop the torps skill points there and maybe put them into subsystem repair.
