Operation Gamma Shuttle Portion (Fed Engineer)

I'm currently leveling a new engineer and I'm stuck on the operation gamma shuttle portion where you have to scan derelict ships to get materials to fix the Ferengi ship.

Approaching the ships doesn't bring up the scan ship dialogue unless you are in a specific sweet-spot, which isn't readily apparent, and this makes the mission neigh impossible to complete.

    Have to get close to get the prompt,1.00 or less.

    yeah, it's just REALLY close. 1 km is good.

    I flew my ship Directly into it and the dialogue didn't come up. And then todays server issues kicked me off...

    might have been a lag artifact. Sometimes you have to wait after getting in range of an interact when it's laggy.

    I believe all the professions need to be within 1 km of their respective targets to initiate retrieval.
