If I can't log in, how do I report a bug?

Hello everyone,
I have been trying to log into the game for a few minutes now and I keep getting this message:
Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out
I went so far as to change my password and I still get the same message. So how do we report a bug if we can't log into the game?

Last, is anyone else having this same problem?

    Yeah I'm getting this too, seems the idiots who make the game cant test to see if it actually run before loading it up.

    OMG this kinda TRIBBLE with this game is happening more and more each update, "Cryptic" did you actually check to see if your programmers actually passed their courses and got legit degree's or did you employ liar's that can't program a calculator! Really your service is terrible and i cant see it getting any better unless you start firing these idiots that take care of your servers.

    Same here. It sucks big time! Why don't they improve those damned servers already?! :rolleyes:

    Great... they closed the other thread.. Now I can log in, but am now stuck at "Retrieving list of characters"
