As per the title, are you ever going to rework this terrible UI you currently have, i mean simple quality of life things like not having the same UI window open twice in STF's after you close it the first time, like not having loot windows just random disappear when you're trying to loot, not having random loot windows stuck over other existing UI elements, not having to perform 12 clicks to start a reputation project, reworking the exchange UI to actually have some filters etc
Just the simple things that would make your game not feel like it was coded in 1998 :P

Hey now, don't knock pinball. Well, real pinball, at least.
While we're at it, the UI jumps on certain tasks. An easy one to point out is the prisoner Doff Labor Camp thing. The menu moves where it wants when assigning prisoners, and resets each time I choose one, making me move the window, and keep scrolling to a selected prisoner.
I want the Power Tray to work and not have AWOL BOFFs and random rearrangement.
And the Power Tray lag to go away.
Those two things are key elements of any MMO and should be rock solid. Heck, the first is basically just an inventory system, i.e. what goes where. It shouldn't be a big deal, they can manage it in my inventory bag for example.
After that...
REP and Projects need a 'complete all' button, sliders are only worthwhile when people are doing partials.
Stores need 'buy stack' and 'fill stack' buttons.
And for the love of Spock (or something anyway), come up with a quicker way to handle DOFF breakdowns. I spend an hour or more at a time doing Blue -> Green -> White -> Starbase. And BTW, thanks DEVs for making the DOFF -> Starbase part quick and easy. Time to do the rest.
While it would be nice if they would deal with several issues (how long did it take until they at least acknowledged the loot critter?) the UI needs a whole revamp, from scratch ideally.
At the moment the UI is one of the worst framratekillers in the game, more so than all the effects as some people found out through experimenting during the invisible weaponfire period. It's oudated, overloaded and simply not optimized for the game anymore.
As I said, starting from scratch would be ideal since just tweaking it here and there probably won't show any noticeable improvements, neither in gameplay nor in performance.
There are more important things to be fixed, really.
I would argue that nothing is more important than the interface that lets you play the game, if thats broken or badly designed it impacts anything and everything else you're trying to do
I'd like character models updated, they suck right now specialy for p2w game.
If it were "pay-to-win" then the system to trade dilithium for zen would not exist. Sure, someone has to buy that zen, but if they're trading that zen to get dilithium, they aren't buying anything with that zen.
UI Latency has risen to a all time high between 2-6 seconds. They don't care. So in response my usual 40+ hrs per week spent playing has been reduced down to "0". Now I surf the forums for a few mins and I'm done until they take the issue seriously and fix it.
Seem the rubber banding is back also. took 5 minute to get from fleet mine to the othere mine after update. So no thanks Cryptic for not makeing it so we can paly again.

Amen......why fix things? Make more broken things each week....

When it used to cost something to play we had a game that was manageable... now that it is F2P we have tons of new problems every week on top of the already broken stuff.

Nothing is more important in a MMO than having your Power Tray work, except perhaps Inventory.
This one issue is a major element in way I basically just DOFF in this game and avoid the queues. If the power tray won't let me play, I don't play.

A couple of months ago there was a Dev lead on Priority One Podcast. I think it was Al Rivera. I specifically recall the statement:
"sto players should expect an update to the interface some time this year. Its outdated".
This is from a lead Dev. If you want i can try and find a link to the exact podcast but I'm kinda lazy so i hope you don't ask.
=D
So only taken them 5 years to notice eh :P
