I got the DR Pack and the Presidio by just playing the game (and no where near as much as you may think, I have two jobs already thank you). Spending money on this game is a chump move, though I thank everyone who does.

It's not a "chump move". Saving some cash every once in a while to eventually buy something with real money supports the game and keeps things running. It's awesome that one can get anything they want just from playing the game through converting dilithium to zen, but some people need to open their wallets and buy zen so that it is available to get via dilithium and so that the game can keep going.

Im too in love with my Vesta to ever switch ships, i would imagine its the same for people with a love if other hard/soft canon of preference...
My vesta is who i am in space, its ingrained to my main, i would totally grind/buy a t6 if there was proper t6 version of my vesta (or my ambassador, my kumari, my krenn, etc etc on alts)
Would love some inkling that a t6 revamp is coming for all the other hard/soft canon ships...
And maybe a t6 constitution?! Hmm (yea yea cbs whatver lol)

If you love your Tier 5 Vesta too much to upgrade then excellent, that is great for you but I don't see why you made a thread about it.

Agreed. Like OLG says in their commercials, "Know your limit, play within it". It's fine to spend once in a while, just so long as you don't overspend.

I have several T6 ships, but yes I know that feeling (didn't really read the post just the title) I have my T6 for the traits.. yes some T6 are amazing, most are just me... these days I just run around a T5-U Temporal Destroyer with Voth Mk12 (purple AP) some of the rep gear, some T6 traits, and four Romulan Tac SRO BOffs that makes me go upto 33% Crit Chance..
I don't feel like going into a T6 ship and yeah... start again...

I for instance generally spend much heavier after getting tax refund (that's where my splurge for the Command ships came from). Aside from that, I'll look at how much I have and see if I can spare 10 or 20 bucks at a given time to pick something up. Generally the answer is No since I'm trying to keep up with HeroLab updates for Shadowrun 5th edition.
