Monthly Screenshot Contests

Will there be any more of these in the future?

I've enjoyed browsing the entries and entering them myself and miss seeing the monthly screenshot contests.

Also, any word on if the contest last month has an announced winner?

    With Smirk being laid off, we may not see this back. Community managers often have pet projects and the next guy in line may not continue with it. Branflake's pet project was Foundry spotlights, which mostly didn't continue under Smirk.

    So, bottom line is it's hard to say if these will be back.

    The Foundry Spotlight never interested me but the Screenshot Contests did. I hope Trendy can wrap up the last one and continue where Smirk left off.

    I think the monthly contest was very time consuming. And considering that Trendy has to do the work for two people now :(:(, maybe it is time to make this contest depending on an event.

    April: Season 10, Summer: Summerevent,..

    A screenshot contest is necessary, and must continue.

    Screenshots are required for blogs, thumbnails, and to recycle the loading screens.

    I can't imagine it being time consuming when its we the players who make the screenshots entirely on our own while having fun doing so along with a decent incentive.

    Selection process can't possibly take that long. Replacing an image on the server and html should be about the easiest thing to do.

    Look forward to the winners of last competition, and to the start of an April one.

    I hope we will see an update about this sometime soon.

    The new Delta Recruitment event would be an opportune time to start a new Screenshot Contest. :)
