So I'm reading articles and hearing rumors that Twitch TV was TRIBBLE, and people's Twitch usernames, personal information, email addresses, and passwords were stolen.
Considering the fact that Cryptic/Perfect World heavily endorse the use of Twitch TV (by advertising official livestreams that require that we create accounts if we wish to enter their giveaways), I feel that they should be informing us and warning us about this unfortunate turn of events.

Why should they? If they don't maintain the service, anything they say can only be treated as hearsay and will potentially lack critical information regarding the service disruption. Let those responsible for the service do their jobs, don't expect it from someone who only uses the service. You don't expect the STO players to call you up when STO is down, do you?

As the poster above stated...Why? Cryptic USES Twitch, they don't RUN Twitch. If you have a Twitch account that was TRIBBLE; I would expect the people who run the Twitch service your Twitch account is with.
Hell, that's like expecting your Internet Service Provider (AT&T, Comcast, et. al.) to inform you when an MMO you play is down because hey, you use said ISP to connect to the internet and play said MMO.
