Que Idea/Hourly Event Bonuses

I remember the hourly events, they were fun. Some did have issues with a que only being available every so many hours.

My idea is this: Bring on an hourly event system that only applies a bonus for marks from certain Ques,
1st hour gives bonus marks to All Romulan stfs (space an ground).
2nd hour gives bonus marks to borg stfs (space an ground).
so on
and so on, until all reputations have been run, then continues from beginning.

It keeps it simple, and always bonusing a given area while you play.

There should just be a random daily STF with bonus xp, marks, dil, etc on your first run of the day. Do one ground and one space, so everyones happy. This would encourage at least some activity in the less popular STFs, rather than them just being dead.
