Honor Guard Be'Ves?

Hi all, How do you earn the Honor Guard Be'ves costume? if you can't earn it anymore, how did you earn it? Did cryptic remove it?

    if your talking about the costume once yo get the KHG ground set from the rep it unlocks the costume in the tailor if you got the gear you might wanna check the tailor for the costume.

    Thats odd indeed most ground rep gear has a costume unlock via the tailor have you sent a ticket in about this?

    no, I have the standard honor guard costume pieces but I learned that there was another upper piece called the be'ves, I'm not sure if it was for completing the optionals or weather it was unlocked as standard. it's similar to B'etor's costume in the tv shows and Generations

    Also, how do you get the Elite optionals now there's no Elite mode for the original 3 STF's do they work on Advanced mode?

    Ah, then i take it it was a reward for completing the elite optionals on the STF's? if so, then will advanced tick the optional boxes?
    EDIT :- Tick the Optional boxes for the Accolade?

    All that is needed for the Be'ves is to get all the Mk XIII Honor Guard ground gear and run the tailor project for it. It is possible that you need to go to a DS9 contact to activate it since the Be'ves option wasn't available for years after Season 7.

    looks like i'll need to get it again so i can register it as i already upgraded it it mk 13 and the rifle to 14.

    I don't play Klingons much, but on Fed side, completing missions on advanced won't count as progress for the elite optional accolades. I assume it's the same for Klingon side.

    I recieved the accolade for the optionals on both Normal and Elite back in 2013 when I first made my KDF character, still no Be'Ves Honor Guard for me.

    Did you do the tailor project? Try checking with Roxy at DS9. If not, this is how I fixed my Be'Ves post-S7:

    WARNING: THIS INVOLVES DISCARDING YOUR GEAR. DO NOT LOG OUT OR CLOSE CLIENT OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR GEAR.

    1) Discard and recycle the Mk XII Honor Guard gear (Armor, Shield, and Gun).
    2) Retrieve IMMEDIATELY from your "Recycle" tab. This should trigger some accolades updates
    3) In the Tailor, switch to your Honor Guard tab and check the chest drop-down window for Be'Ves.

    Best of luck!

    The OP said that they upgraded to Mk XIV equipment so it is very likely that it won't work.

    I think everybody upthread is working from out-of-date information. On new characters you have to build the Adapted Honor Guard ground set to unlock the costume pieces. I grabbed it on one of my Lethean's boffs circa season 8.

    It should only require obtaining the complete KHG 3-set. If you can wear the cloaks, you should have access to the Be'ves.

    I know it was unavailable for a while, but they fixed it about a year or so ago.. unless it got broken again recently somehow.

    Prior to the new stf set up you had to have unlocked the khg and the akhg sets as well have gotten the optionals on all the borg pve elites. space and ground.

    I don't know if what is now called advanced will count

    It's never been fixed for me. My main kdf character is pretty old though. Made back when you started at level 25. I have both of the the khg sets and I've done the costume projects from the omega rep, but I still don't have the option at the tailor.

    I was in the same boat with a character about that old, but I was able to get it when they fixed it last year or so. (I'm still sad my Diplomatic Gorn lost their MACO armor on the Fed side, but my Marauder Andorian still being able to run around in Be'ves kind of makes up for it.)

    I managed to get mine a little more than a month ago by giving all my 3 XII equipment (armor, shield and rifle) of the Honor Guard to Commander Roxy on DS9 for repurpose (or whatever she calls it, meaning she takes the item and gives a new quasi-identical one with different hidden flags/triggers).

    Doing that should give you an accolade and the Be'Ves option will be available, both as a upper and a chest gear option.

    The KHG 3-set isn't sufficient, nor is upgrading it to all XIII (to address what someone else posted). That's what I have on my KDF (minus all of the elite accolades) and Be'Ves doesn't show in the tailor or as an unlock project in rep. I'm logging onto tribble right now to see if a freshly claimed KHG set offers anything up (since my KHG is original omega rep store upgraded up.)

    did you have the elite optionals done?

    my understanding is the the be'ves is costume unlock #3 which you can only get if you finish the elite optionals and have had the full armor set... unlock 1 (buying the armor) and unlock 2 (completeing the rep project which opens up after buying the matching shield and gun).

    Yea, ya gotta re-unlock at the gal behind the desk at DS-9

    it that doesn't do it, then its run some content and redo the projects, including the unlock project...


    AND... they still don't have the Beeves right. really wish they would fix it.. My Orion should be able to see cleavage.. instead... no cleavage.. I'm looking at it in dissapointment on tribble cannot fathom why after several years after the release of this particular costume a buncha gamer boy designer/artist types cant get it right..

    (course it took a good long while just to get em to straiten out the famale walk animations... I think we talked em into going out and doing some girl watching... or do some motion capture...

    Its way better then it was.. female toons used to mince as they walked.. flooped too... it was wierd..

    So i'm going to have to get all 3 pieces again then take them to CMDR Roxy?

    You don't need elite optionals to get the Be'ves. A Be'ves optional might become available, but that is it.

    Hmmmm my Orion has all 3 but no Be'ves. She has never done any Elite content at all...

    dont thinks she can now with how jacked up they are... especially the ground missions.

    She got all 3 after DR went live.

    I'll check to see if a female Klingon can get it... I guess I'll commission a common one to check when I can.

    When you do manage to get them again eventually, trade them in for identical pieces at CMDR Roxy to see wheather it makes a difference. Im probably going to have to get them again and do the same, Unless cryptic add mk 13 or 14 variants to Roxy
