NPC Battles?

I've just had a thought...has anyone ever tried to make a Foundry where players can pit select NPC mobs against each other in a sort of arena-style format? I've noticed players/modders doing similar things with games like Skyrim, Minecraft and Crysis, and while I realize that there are many factors that would make a similar format difficult to pull off in STO, I wondered if anyone had tried it.

There used to be a mission like this, was tornement (i know that word is misspelled but i just can't figure it out right now, guess I'm to tired) style, may have been pre-determined results though. Was kind of a grinding mission if i remember correctly.

I do this a lot actually. It important to know how well 2 groups work against each other if you are doing a 3-way fight.

But I never actually published a mission based on it.
