Not sure if it is a copy limitation or not, but thought I'd post anyhow in case it helps with the ongoing loadout issues, and because I don't recall having this issue in the past, as I have been copying toons to test shards for 5 years now.
I copied my Romulan Tac (T'rex@rexy) and when I loaded in my tool bars, and the most of the abilities on them, were not in their same positions as on Live, and the bars are not in the same number order as on live, for both ground and space.
In space I also had no Boffs seated, but when I activated the loadout for the ship, they did slot properly, with all the right abilities. That said, my space trays are both not in the right order, and the abilities are not in the location I have them on live.
Weapon auto-fire settings don't seem to transfer either.
Even though I moved all my bars and abilities around, so I could actually play, the Loadout indicator still indicates that I have my loadout active. On Live moving an ability or bar would remove the indicator that the loadout is active.
I hope something about this is useful.
