Do Romulans get fewer Personal Doff missions?

My Human Fed gets them all the time -- personal missions that when you crit you get a 2 hour buff. My KDF toons seems to be the same. My Romulans, well not so much. I haven't kept records but if I had to say, Fed/KDF average 1 and hour, Romulans 1/10 of that . . . maybe.

    Less for us. It's to the point where I get excited, even if I get a Common BOff.

    I just started checking on my 8 toons. Not a fancy spread sheet, but the RNG really hates the Romulans?

    Wow! I thought I was the only one!

    yeah, the personal missions and particularly ones that offer personal buffs are particularly rare!!! Glad and sad that I'm not the only one...

    Just curious, what are the "hours" in that table?

    A quick check through my toons says they currently all have 5 or 6 assignments in the Personal tab (all in sector space, not Tau Dewa). I don't know by memory which ones give buffs, as I rarely run any.

    The "Personal" doff missions are reset every hour. This is how many times I have checked the Personal missions.

    "Missions" is how many personal missions (with chance at a buff) that Faction has been offered.
