I am in a fleet and only wish to add one alt to the new fleet, I use team-speak, I am a knowledgeable player and do not need provisions, just want to hear voices and group with players as my fleet has gone quiet over the last few weeks.

Take a Look at Directive 010.

We may be a smaller group, We are sitting right around 80 Members right now, but we like to hang out on Teamspeak and Do lots of Team Activity. Most of all, we do not have any exclusivity Rules, so being in multiples fleets isnt a big Deal.

I am Fleet command in federation fleet, and you can join it. In this fleet is used a Raid call. Even people from othe fleet join this raid call chat room.
I can even invite you in 2 more federation fleets, and 1 KDF.
