Are the special cosmetic fleet projects still on rotation?

As the title says.

Our fleet is still missing a couple of them, specifically at least the nanov tank for the embassy and i think holofleet and thr trophies for the spire.

If they are still on rotation, can a dev tell, when those projects are coming up again?

I think the rotation was temporarily turned off for the 2014 Winter Event ornament project, and no one remembered to turn it back on after the event ended.

I hope they reactivate all of them (except the winter event ones) for the Delta recruitment. If not, there is a possibility they will return for the Summer Event like they did last year.

My FED fleet has them all, but we recently started a KDF "sister" fleet and would like to work on these for it.

As far as I remember these were supposed to be on rotation, so we can safely assume it's a bug of some sorts.

I'm all for enabling these projects again, either on weekly rotation, or for some kind of special event, where all of them would be available. That is, until we get a completely new holding.
