What mod does the Obelisk Core gain from being upgraded to Ultra Rare?

    it already has a 10% dmg boost to antiproton... they dont want that along with AMP stacking

    What can they do, I mean? At the time DR hit, it was commonly believed (because we assumed AMP was a static 3.3%) that the 2-set was better than AMP already. So if they gave the Obelisk core AMP, they're giving AP a serious edge (they still would be). I use AP, and I'm glad it doesn't get AMP at UR. One core's worth of upgrades was enough.
